Prepaid Legal has just been bought out by a very large company (MidOcean) for $650 million. Among MidOcean's other investments are Jenny Craig and LA Fitness. They will be doing some HUGE promotions to get Prepaid Legal to be recognized as a household word. We have been told the same agency that made Motel 6 so well known will be handling the advertising. Although Prepaid has been in business almost 40 years, most people still have never heard of it. This is all about to change!!
The salary structure is changing, even more money! As of May 1st they have added another entry level (lower). So, if you become an associate now and get your paperwork processed before May 1st, you would be at a higher starting level which means more income. If you wait, you will have to work up an extra level than they've had in the past. You now would join as an Associate, after May 1st you would join as a Junior Associate. Bob and I are Managers now and really looking forward to the new compensation plan.
It is a good time to be getting with a company that is about to have dynamic growth. If you sign up as an associate (cost of $149) you will have your own business. In addition, while you can sell our Identity Theft program without a license, you do need to get a Florida License to sell the Legal Plan in Florida. Most of the states in the US do not require a license, so you can sell the Legal Plan in any of those states without a license. This is a business where you can make money while helping people. The legal plan is for everyday family events. Needs could include a traffic ticket, problems with a return, being overcharged for a repair, needing someone to review a contract (before or after you sign it) to something as simple as the drycleaner ruining your shirt. This service when coupled with our Identity Theft Plan is only $35.95, really affordable. So, you don't need to sell the service, only let people know about it.
