We just had our big, all day, annual meeting….the main subject was “Client Experience.” We discussed ways to achieve our goal of  ensuring you have a great experience every time you enter the salon. We want to hear from you! If you have any suggestions for things we can do ensure you feel relaxed and renewed, please let us know!             We have recently installed new salon management software! This program will allow us to improve our communication with you! New and improved ways to: confirm your appointments, make appointments, offer custom specials, etc. We apologize if we are a bit slower doing some things while we are learning the new system!             We are still researching new “green” products and services. Our goal is always to bring you the most environmentally friendly products available – we test them because they have to work! We will be attending beauty shows in Chicago, Orlando, New York and Miami this year and will keep you up-to-date on all the new products, services and techniques!
